A collaborative coordination process that begins with access to my detailed planning spreadsheet, complete with helpful benchmarks leading up to your wedding. Three months out, we’ll begin monthly check-in calls to review logistics, confirm details, and fine-tune your day-of plan.
I’ll create a detailed wedding-day timeline and serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, ensuring everyone is aligned on arrival times, venue policies, equipment needs, and load-out details. On the wedding day, I’ll manage vendor communication, oversee setup of all personal details and DIY decor items (escort cards, framed photos, gift table items, personal florals, and more), and orchestrate ceremony logistics including coordinating with your officiant, lining up the wedding party, cueing musicians or DJ, and running the processional.
Throughout the celebration, I’ll keep vendors and the wedding party on schedule, prompt key moments like introductions, special dances, and toasts, and troubleshoot anything that comes up along the way. At the end of the night, I’ll make sure all personal items, decor, and gifts are accounted for and handed off to a designated person, while supervising vendor breakdown and load-out.
