We recommend reaching out 9-12 months before your wedding to secure your date. We take on a limited number of events each season to ensure every client receives our full attention and care. Throughout the process, you’ll receive clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and multiple design touchpoints so you always know what to expect and feel supported from start to finish.

FAQ
How far in advance should we book?
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, I recommend reaching out 9-12 months in advance to secure your date. For smaller events or styling projects, about one month out is ideal, though the earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we’ll have!
Do you travel outside NYC?
Do you travel outside NYC?
Yes! I’m based in Brooklyn and happy to travel for weddings and events. Just let me know your location when you inquire. Travel and lodging fees typically apply.
Do you offer mockups before a wedding?
Do you offer mockups before a wedding?
Yes! Full-service wedding clients always receive digital mockups as part of the design process. Sample arrangements are also available for an additional fee if you’d like to see things in person before the big day.
What happens to the flowers after my event?
What happens to the flowers after my event?
Any rented vessels or decor return to the With Love studio, while the flowers themselves are yours to enjoy. Many couples invite guests to take arrangements home, or I’m happy to handle removal for a seamless end to the night. Any leftover blooms are composted or donated whenever possible.
What’s your process?
What’s your process?
We’ll start with a consultation so I can get a feel for your vision, priorities, style, and budget. From there, I’ll put together a custom proposal with a clear scope and budget framework. Once we’re officially booked, I’ll stay in touch as we refine the details, including a final design presentation with digital mockups. On event day, I’ll be on-site to oversee delivery, installation, styling, and full teardown so everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Can you do both event styling and day-of coordination for my wedding?
Can you do both event styling and day-of coordination for my wedding?
For weddings with fewer than 100 guests, I can accommodate both services. For larger weddings, I focus on one service per event to ensure everything receives the attention it deserves.
Is there a minimum spend for weddings or events?
Is there a minimum spend for weddings or events?
Nope. All events and styling projects are quoted based on scope. A 25% design and labor fee (based on the total cost of deliverables) is added to final invoices to cover floral sourcing and processing, design development, and curation of vintage vessels and decor. Day-of setup, on-site installation and styling, and post-event breakdown are listed as a separate line item. Additional labor fees may apply if client-provided decor requires setup beyond the agreed-upon scope.
What if my plans change?
What if my plans change?
Totally normal. Events evolve, and I’m happy to guide you through adjustments as they come up. Final counts, designs, and timelines are confirmed closer to your event date, with additions or changes accepted up to one month before your event.
